das,vmCpumInMHZ vs das.SlotCpuInMHZ

Hi,

In Yellow-Bricks ther is a good defincation to das,vmCpumInMHZ vs das.SlotCpuInMHZ. If I undersatnd it right  das.SlotCpuInMHZ is the upper boundray and vmCpumInMHZ is the lower buoundary.

If I set das.SlotCpuInMHZ = 1 GB is this mean the MAX slolt size and if I set vmCpumInMHZ to 1GB is it min the Minumum Slot size ?
